Golf Club Community What Can I LEGALLY Write On My Picket Sign About Someone Who Won't Pay Back A Large Loan ($25,000) To Me?

What can I LEGALLY write on my picket sign about someone who won't pay back a large loan ($25,000) to me? - golf club community

It took two years to pay, is a friend of 30 years and I am tired of his life in a community club house with two cars, a woman who does not work and lawn service.

Even if you can prove that it makes a defamatory statement, then why not? But only if we can prove that you owe money.

Take it to court and the courts have agreed with him. It is better in the long run, this way and not in difficulties.

$ 25,000 is a lot of money. You've earned it, recover it, but right on the road. SHORT!

Good luck:)

Yes, you've already lost a friend. The time to bring him to justice. You do not need a signed document. A more comprehensive agreement, which was done on a handshake.

Have him sign a loan agreement? Take him to court, it is logical.
